DECEMBER  2019 REAL ESTATE AND END OF YEAR RECAP

Happy New Year everyone! 

We had a busy 2019 in Laurelhurst with 71 sales, 9 of which were non Beach Club. In comparison, there were 62 homes sales in 2018 with 12 non Beach Club.

The median home sale in 2018 was $1,595,000

The median home sale in 2019 was $1,500,500

December of 2019 saw a decrease in median sales price over December 2018 to $1,284,500 with a bump in Average days on market to 87. This increase was largely due to one property that was on the market for 238 days.
