NOVEMBER REAL ESTATE BLOG

 November was a bit sleepy, with both Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and of course changing our clocks back an hour. Shorter days makes it difficult as it is dark when buyers get off work making viewing homes a bit challenging. There were 2 new listings in November. The home on West Laurel Dr. was only on the market for 4 days and received 2 offers. This home was a classic Tudor with phenomenal views. The new listing on 3817 49th Ave NE has been on the market for 14 days. Situated on a dead end street with views of Lake Washington.
